SPM provides structured project-memory infrastructure: temporal memory, context packs, governed sharing, marketplace entitlements, APIs, CLI/MCP handoffs and private console operations.

Commercial terms for SPM evaluation and use.
These product terms describe SPM evaluation, hosted use, private deployments and context sharing. A signed agreement or accepted order governs any separately agreed commercial commitments.

Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their project memory, source material and private context packs. SPM processes that data to provide memory retrieval, packaging, sharing, verification and administration.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful data, bypass access controls, share context without rights, or use marketplace assets outside the granted entitlement and license terms.
Plans and payment
Current public plans separate the SPM platform subscription from AI model usage. Customers supply their own LLM and embedding provider keys and pay those providers directly. Public prices use USD by default: Team $49/month and Business $199/month, excluding applicable taxes. Marketplace subscriptions are outside the current commercial offer. A separately agreed EUR contract retains its currency; SPM does not choose currency from your location or silently convert existing amounts. Checkout identifies the amount, currency and applicable taxes. Existing signed commitments retain their agreed terms.
Service changes
SPM may evolve APIs, user interface and marketplace features while preserving documented export, audit and verification surfaces for production customers.
