Two services. Clear costs.

You pay SPM for the memory platform: Project storage, context retrieval, sharing controls, audit records and agent integrations within your plan.
You pay your AI provider for model usage: Connect your own LLM and embedding keys when you use AI-assisted processing. Your provider controls its rates and currency. No AI credits are included in these plans.
Your agent subscription is separate: A chat or coding-agent subscription does not automatically include API usage for SPM.

What happens after the trial?

The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choose a hosted plan in Settings and complete Stripe Checkout to activate it. Core limits remain the baseline when the trial expires; hosted plan features require an active plan.

Can I use SPM before adding an AI key?

You can create a project and record context manually. Configure provider access before using features that call a model.

Do existing agreements change?

Existing signed commitments retain their agreed terms. Contact us if your current agreement includes hosted AI usage.
